Do you feel like your voice is heard and respected at work?

According to a Huffington Post survey, 65% of women don't think men consider them equals in the workplace.

When asked the same question, 42% of men said they don't think that men consider women equals at work.

The telling percentages were the results of an in-depth survey on workplace sexism and gender equality both in politics and the workforce.

The survey also found that 40% of men and women think gender bias in the workplace is somewhat common, and 65% of men and women agreed that men typically earn more for doing the same job as women.

While some women didn't seem to experience gender inequality in the workplace, an overwhelming amount of ladies did.
