One week after Lamar Odom was found unconscious at a Las Vegas brothel, the former NBA star is being discharged from a Nevada hospital and transferred to a facility in Los Angeles.

Odom admitted to a hospital last Tuesday after brothel employees found him unresponsive in his room with blood and "white stuff" coming from his nose and mouth. He remained in coma for days, but regained consciousness over the weekend, using hand signals to communicate and breathing on his own.

According to E! News, the athlete was discharged from Las Vegas' Sunrise Hospital yesterday and airlifted to another hospital in his hometown of Los Angeles. According to sources, he is in stable condition and CT scans show no damage, but doctors say that he will require months of rehab. He is still unable to stand up, and hospital officials say that he could potentially suffer from cognitive issues in the future.

We wish Odom a speedy recovery.
