Newly released documents in the Brown family lawsuit accuse Nick Gordon of injecting Bobbi Kristina Brown with a "toxic mixture" shortly before she was found facedown in a bathtub last January.

According to USA TODAY, the new accusation comes on top of the mounting claims against the 22-year-old's boyfriend. Bobbi Kristina's estate has accused Gordon of battery, assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress and embezzlement.

"Ms. Brown died due to a violent altercation with Defendant (Gordon) after which he placed her in a bathtub, unconscious, after he injected her with a toxic mixture," reads the filing.

This comes just days after Gordon filed a motion requisition that a judge halt the civil lawsuit. Gordon's attorneys are denying all the claims.
