As President Obama was fielding questions yesterday following his speech on the Iranian nuclear deal, he was thrown a curveball when he was asked about revoking Bill Cosby's Presidential Medal of Freedom. Though he said that there was no precedent for that action, he did lay out a clear definition of rape. "I'll say this: If you give a woman—or a man, for that matter—without his or her knowledge a drug and then have sex with that person without consent, that's rape," he said. "I think this country—any civilized country—should have no tolerance for rape." [USA TODAY]

"Under our Constitution, I cannot run again," Obama told a group of African leaders. "I think if I ran, I could win. But I can't."

President Obama knows that the country needs someone new, but if he ran again he's pretty confident he'd win.

During a speech before the African Union, Obama spoke to African leaders about adhering to their term limits and commented on his own term as President, reports Time.

"Under our Constitution, I cannot run again," said Obama. "I actually think I'm a pretty good president -- I think if I ran, I could win. But I can't."

He urged African leaders to step down when their terms end and to refrain from trying to stay in office by referring to his own circumstances saying, "There’s a lot that I’d like to do to keep America moving, but the law’s the law."

As the race for presidency begins to heat up, many Americans are weighing their options when it comes to who will lead us next. If it were possible for President Obama to run for a third term, would he be your first choice? Or are you ready for someone new?
