Sherri Shepherd is coming back to The View!

After the 18th season's lackluster ratings, ABC's The View was reportedly looking to restore it's greatness. Enter Sherri Shepherd.

Shepherd, who was a veteran of the show for seven seasons, recently closed the deal to return as one of six co-hosts. She’ll join Whoopi Goldberg, Raven-Symone and Michelle Collins, along with newcomers, Candace Cameron Bure and Paula Faris.

Since The View, Shepherd has made her Broadway debut as the first Black 'Evil Stepmother' in Cinderella on Broadway. She has also appeared in TV Land's Soul Man.
