Teyonah Parris' natural tresses are admirable to say the least. She's known for her glamorous updo's, gorgeous curls and overall luscious locks.

Apparently one "old man" took his admiration a bit too far when he decided to not only ask Teyonah if her hair was real, but to take it upon himself to reach out and grab it.

The "Mad Men" actress explains the incident in a series of tweets that you have to read to believe.

Here's a brief recount of the disturbing ordeal:

wear that hair bc it's stimulating." I say "Excuse me?" He says "I'm saying I like it." I reply "That's all you had to say. You like it."

Teyonah goes on to say that the man reached out to grab her hair and his embarrassed daughter had to explain that "he's trying to give you a compliment."

We won't even go into the fact that he grabbed her hair because that's ALWAYS a no-no and we're pretty sure it doesn't qualify as a compliment.

However, we do want to know your feelings about being asked if you're wearing a weave. Is that information off limits? Open for discusion? Or do you take it on a case-by-case basis?
