Early this morning, 2015 ESSENCE Fest headliner, Kendrick Lamar released his highly anticipated sophomore album, To Pimp A Butterfly.
The album wasn’t expected to be available until March 23rd but the rapper released the album at about 1 am EST today by simply tweeting out the link to buy it on iTunes.
The album includes features from Geroge Clinton and several features from fellow 2015 ESSENCE Fest performer, Bilal.
No word yet as to whether the album will be available at retail stores this week. But don’t wait, you can hear the album here!
