Lil Kim have welcomed a baby girl this morning, June 9, in New Jersey.
The Queen Bee and her rapper boyfriend named the newborn Royal Reign. She weighs 6 pounds, 5 ounces and is 19.5 inches long.
The 39-year-old’s pregnancy came as a surprise when she showed up at a New York Fashion Week event back in February debuting a well-sized baby bump. She later revealed that she was having a girl a few weeks before her star-studded May 5 baby shower in New York.
The rapper told US Weekly, “I can’t wait to be a mom!” She also assured the magazine that motherhood won’t slow her down sharing, “The baby has made me even more of a beast!”
This is Lil’ Kim’s first child.
