Pinkett Smith's character is described as a "sadistic gangster boss and nightclub owner."
Jada Pinkett Smith is rocking an edgy pixie 'do as her latest character.
The 42-year-old will play Fish Mooney, one of Batman's arch nemesis in the forthcoming gangster drama Gotham, coming to Fox this fall. Her character is described as a "sadistic gangster boss and nightclub owner" who has "the street smarts and almost extra-sensory abilities to read people like an open book."
The show is based on the early life Batman and the villains and heroes who make Gotham City. "We will see how they get to become who they are as Gotham is teetering on the edge," Fox chairman Kevin Reilly said in an announcement.
