Sherri Shepherd has filed her own legal documents for a divorce days after her estranged husband Lamar Sally filed for separation.
According to TMZ, The View host has filed in New Jersey, claiming "irreconcilable differences."
The couple is expecting a baby in July and Sally wants full custody. He has requested an order prohibiting Shepherd from interfering with the birth.
Shepherd has made no mention of custody in her filings.
The couple's prenuptial agreement states that if the marraige lasts between two and five years, Sally will walk away with $60,000 total. Sally wants the agreement invalidated on grounds of fraud. Shepherd wants it to be enforced.
Shepherd has remained mum about the pending split and has made no mention of it on The View or otherwise.
