Award-winning Nigerian author Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie recently sat down for an interview with Arise Entertainment 360 where she hinted to an upcoming collaboration with Hollywood newcomer Lupita Nyong'o.

"I'm going to do the mysterious thing and say that Lupita might be making an announcement very soon," said Adichie. "I don't know. That announcement might be about Americanah."

Americanah, the author's third and most recent novel, is a story about love and race and centers around a young man and women from Nigeria who face challenges that span over three continents.

The riveting novel has received critical acclaim since it's release in 2013 and just won Adichie the prestigious National Book Critics Circle Award on Thursday.
