Here's why we're opting for a hot cup of herbal tea this morning:
- Real Housewives of Atlanta star Cynthia Bailey spoke out against speculations that her husband, Peter Thomas, is possibly involved in the alleged bank fraud dealings that co-star Apollo Nida is accused of. "I can't speak on Apollo, but I can say that Peter Thomas doesn't have anything to do with a bank fraud scandal to my knowledge. The feds are not sitting outside of our house. That is just not accurate information." said Bailey. [TheUrbanDaily]
- Soledad O'Brien's production company has teamed up with Google to kick off her first speaking tour. The former CNN host will travel to college campuses and art centers in five cities using Google+ hang outs, Google Apps for Business and creating a YouTube channel to help tell stories and reach a broader audience. - Jordin Sparks had an extra special Valentine's Day with longtime boyfriend Jason DeRulo, who surprised her with 10,000 orange roses (Sparks' favorite color is orange). The singer rented a hotel suite and had the room filled with the bright flowers. Sparks took to Instagram to show her excitement. "Completely overwhelmed by 10,000 roses today from my love @jasonderulo. They're so beautiful! Omg. #supersweettweet," she captioned a photo of her smiling with DeRulo and a bouquet. [USMagazine]
