The show follows a group of women, who are up-and-coming power players in New York's fashion, media, and real estate industries.
Real Housewives of Atlanta, a Bravo staple, earned a franchise high with a total of over 4.5 million viewers as well.
Thicker Than Water scored 2.3 million total viewers with the show's finale, also earning a season high.
The phenomenal night was rounded out with a total of 1.8 million viewers for the 11th season premiere of Watch What Happens Live and 1.5 million viewers for Fashion Queens, the highest ratings for the show to date.
