• Mariah Carey is recovering from a freak video-shoot accident. According to CNN, Carey was rushed to the hospital on Sunday after injuring her shoulder. "She was taken to the hospital late last night, where doctors reset her shoulder," said her rep on Monday. "She is fine." Carey was filming the remix video for her song "#Beautiful," directed by her husband, Nick Cannon. Carey will reportedly still perform this coming weekend in Central Park. [CNN]

• It's been exactly a month since former South African President Nelson Mandela, 94, was admitted to the hospital. Since then, there have been numerous reports and updates regarding his health. The leader was also reportedly on life support at one point. But officials have announced that his condition is improving. [Grio]

• Halle Berry and her lawyer filed a cease and desist letter to The Montreal Auction, which claimed to be auctioning off 400 items that belonged to the actress. However, none of the items were hers. They all belonged to her ex-boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry. The auction house immediately postponed the sale. [TMZ]

• Kevin Hart's latest film, Let Me Explain, broke records. It became the biggest comedy concert film opening of all time with $17 million. "This is why I work so f*cking hard… this moment is what I've been dreaming about~ Thank you God & thank you fans! I love y'all 4 this," he tweeted. [YBF]
