The First Lady of the United States kicked off her Instagram account with a few photos from Africa.
Today, Instagram welcomed one of the most important women in the world, Michelle Obama.
While in Dakar Sengal, the First Lady launched her very own Instagram account—publishing five photos of her travels with her daughters and husband, President Obama. Fans can follow her exciting trip throughout the continent by following the hashtag #FLOTUSinAfrica.
Her first picture, posted above, included the caption, "My first instagram! So inspired and so impressed by these extraordinary young women. -mo #FLOTUSinAfrica"
Thus far, she has earned 20,000 followers and is herself following the White House's official Instagram account.
Like her Twitter account, photos posted from Mrs. Obama herself will be signed "-mo."
