"I'd like to continue on my journey with great health. I’m fascinated with how food heals the body and the holistic approach to health. I want to learn how to grow my own garden and cook healthier options for desserts. Drink more juice, and get yoga in every day — even if it’s only for 15 minutes. How am I gonna do it? Research about gardens and get going! My husband bought me a great juicer for New Year's, so I now have no excuse. [My view toward yoga is this]: if you can make appointment for your hair, you can make appointments for workouts. So that's what I intend to do.”

Nick at Nite's comedy pilot Instant Mom, starring Tia Mowry-Hardrict, will be turned into a series, reports The Hollywood Reporter.

Mowry-Hardrict will star as Stephanie in the sitcom, a young woman whose marriage to an older man with kids changes her life from all fun to full-time stepmom.

The star-studded cast will feature Sheryl Lee Ralph as Stephanie's mother Maggie and Michael Boatman as Charlie, Stephanie's husband.

"Instant Mom is the perfect addition to our NickMom nighttime comedy block designed to let moms unwind from the day and laugh at the often hilarious experiences of parenthood," said Senior Vice President of NickMom, Bronwen O'Keefe. "This show has a fantastic cast and at the center is Tia bringing all her warmth and talent to this funny and relatable character."

The multicamera series, which will premiere on NickMom and repeat on Nick at Nite, is set to premiere this fall.
