• Halle Berry and her fiancé, Olivier Martinez, can't seem to catch a break from the paparazzi. The couple reportedly got into a scuffle with the paps last night after landing at Los Angeles International Airport. During the confrontation, Martinez allegedly assaulted a photographer by kicking him in both his leg and wrist. The photographer reportedly grabbed Martinez and asked why he lashed out and Martinez allegedly kicked him again after securing Nahla into the car. Berry pleaded with photographers to step back saying, "Get away, there's a child." Martinez got into the vehicle after Berry asked him to. Last Thanksgiving, Martinez got into an altercation with Berry's ex, Gabriel Aubry. The situation left Martinez with an injured hand and Aubry with a black eye and a broken rib. [E! Online]
