Jay-Z talks openly about fatherhood and why spoiling Blue Ivy is inevitable.
In a special edition of Oprah's Master Class, rapper and entrepreneur Jay-Z reveals what he learned about parenting from his mom and spoiling his firstborn, Blue Ivy, according to E! Online.
"I imagine I'll take things I learned from my mom and things I've learned from raising my nephews and apply that," he said. "Ill probably have the worst, spoiled little kid ever."
But there may be a parenting difference in the Knowles-Carter household. New mom Beyoncé and People's Most Beautiful Woman says she wants to give Blue Ivy more than worldly possessions. "The best thing about having a daughter is having a true legacy," Beyoncé shared with People.
As for raising his daughter without embarrassing her, it's the inevitable, the Brooklyn Nets owner said very shyly. "Well, I mean, everyone imagines they'll be a great dad. Until their teenager's saying, ‘Get away from me, Dad. You're embarrassing me!'"
