"She was our queen," said Beyonce, remembering the late Whitney Houston.

As close family and friends gather to say their last goodbyes to the greatest voice of our time, will also honor Houston's life and legacy through a live broadcast of her home-going service at New Hope Baptist Church, where she sang as a child.

Beginning at noon EST, will bring readers live coverage of the service, which will be taking place in her hometown of Newark, New Jersey. We'll also be live blogging the service and allowing her other family -- her fans -- to pay their last respects to the icon. Readers can log on to the blog to and share their memories with other fans from all over the world.

Gospel great Marvin Winans will deliver the eulogy at the private funeral service, where celebrities like Oprah Winfrey and Tyler Perry are expected to fill the 1,500-seat church. Aretha Franklin, Alicia Keys, Dionne Warwick, and Kim Burrell are among those slated to perform.

Join as we say goodbye to "our queen" of pop music.
