Our New Year cover girl, Queen Latifah, is set to make you shout Jesus’ name. Her latest movie, “Joyful Noise,” co-starring KeKe Palmer and Dolly Parton, opens in theaters on January 13th.
It’s about a small-town Georgian choir that’s shaken up by a death and the arrival of an unwanted guest. In the midst of the chaos, the choir has a desire to win a big singing competition in Los Angeles, but needs the talent and money to get there.
