Could Oprah be vying for new movie roles?
Media maven Oprah Winfrey sure knows how to keep busy.
The OWN creator is rumored to be in talks with Tyler Perry, Lee Daniels, and Jonathan Demme about potential movie roles. It's been over ten years since we last saw Oprah on the big screen.
Her last major movie was 1998's "Beloved" in which she portrayed a slave.

This time, the former talk show host is considering something different. According to EURweb, she's working on a project with Meryl Streep and Sandra Bullock about the "inner workings of the Home Shopping Network."
She tells Variety, “I am the most relaxed I have ever been in my life doing a film because it's the only real vacation I get (and) I no longer have to be myself. I just love the opportunity to submerge into somebody else's life and not to have to deal with my own for a while."
