It was Day Four and I could feel the vintage floral skirt calling my name! It seemed a perfect fit for Sunday's beautiful weather. I was inspired by yesterday's ADAM show, where bold, beautiful florals took center stage. For the top, I chose a vintage neutral v-neck, which allowed the skirt to pop. My vintage bag was a gift from one of my favorite stores -- "The Store With No Walls," located in the Hell's Kitchen Flea Market in Manhattan.
My hat is a recent purchase from the Mens Department at Forever 21 -- so chic. On my feet: Topshop heels! Topshop, located in Soho, is one of my favorite places to buy shoes. They have a great variety, wide selection of sizes and amazing sales! I love how the shoes complement the subtle purple shades of the skirt. As you may have begun to notice, I am a vintage fanatic, which stems from my love of fashion, history and overall creativity!
With my vintage skirt flowing, I ventured off to Milk Studios to catch the Patrik Ervell show. I loved the painted silk shirts for men and dresses for women. Army green pantsuits looked both comfortable and chic. After Patrik, I shared a cab with a fellow fashion week attendee and we rode off to the tents. The destination: Tommy Hilfiger!
Those in attendance included Andre Leon Talley, Russell Simmons and Angela Simmons. I was interested to see what Tommy would do this year. He did not disappoint, showing his trademark American classic fashion in a refreshing array of colors. I am obsessed with the multi-colored platform oxfords! I went nuts for the flowing caftans that closed the show. I'll take one, please! Bravo, Tommy!
Off to backstage, where I met Tommy and had the chance to personally congratulate him. What a night!
