Judging from the way that Diddy dotes on his sons and poses in pics with his twin daughters, no one ever questions his ability to be a good father. Barbara Walters, however, did question why he hadn’t settled down with any of his children’s mothers when he stopped by “The View.” Referring to a lyric in the Dirty Money song “Coming Home,” in which Diddy asks, “What if the twins ask why I didn’t marry their mom?,” Babs says, “You have, that we know about, three women that you obviously were close to because you have six children — that’s a lot of kids. …It was not enough to get more seriously involved? What’s your trouble?” Combs was honest about not knowing exactly why he never got married, revealing that he met all three of his children’s moms in the same year and would run to each of them for comfort when another woman had broken his heart. “I think that every woman that I was with, that I had a child with, did deserve for me to marry them,” he said. “But there’s things that were going on in my life.” When Walters asked Diddy how much time he could possibly spend with six children with three different mothers, he replied, “I spend a lot of time with my children. …All my kids are straight-A students. They don’t have no cavities and they pray every night. And God has blessed me with three of the most beautiful women to raise my kids.”
