Send in your letters and Shirley Strawberry will dish out the necessary advice. Today's topic: My mother's man Good day you beautiful people of the morning show, I am so my story is long, but I'm going to make it as short as possible. My mother met this man four years ago. During the whole four years he was involved with another woman and my mother knew about it. Suddenly the guy and his main woman split up and he proposed to my mother and she gladly accepted. Keep in my mind they never lived together (just had weekend flings) and never met each other's families. This year on Easter all hell break loose. The other woman started playing on my mom's phone. They had an altercation, but then they teamed up with one another and went looking for the guy. They found the man at a sleazy hotel with two crack-heads smoking crack. After my mom found everything out I thought that would be the end -- wedding off and everything.  To my surprise it wasn't. My mom was still seeing the guy and weeks later he tried to kill her! She went to the police, arrested him, got my brothers involved etc. And that's not it, you guys. She's still seeing him! My mom wanted my brother to call the guy and apologize for beating him down the day he tried to kill her. I said this was a short story, but it's not. There is more, but too much to keep going on. I don't know what's wrong with my mom. She's done her best raising her kids as a single parent, but it seems like her brain isn't working properly anymore. I'm starting to really resent my mother but I don't want God to stop my blessings because of this resentment. What shall I do? I love my mom, but lately she makes me not want to even look at her!
