Every day we feature the beloved "Strawberry Letter" franchise that is so popular on "The Steve Harvey Morning Show" heard nationwide. Send in your letters and Shirley Strawberry will dish out the necessary advice. Today's topic: Husband lied about wanting a baby Good Morning Steve Harvey Morning Show, I am 27 years old and my husband and I have been married for three years. We have always talked about having a family and establishing a household together. So I had always been excited to marry him. Many people look at us as an ideal married couple, but the truth is we have a lot of secrets that I cover up because I don't want anyone looking down upon my husband (my mother taught me this). I found out that my husband has been flirting online with his ex-girlfriends (even though they do not live in the same state) for the last three years. The girls have even e-mailed him nasty half-naked pictures of themselves and he wrote back about how "sexy" they were. The conversations even include things like "I love you" and "I cant wait to speak to you online." These online affairs have happened two times and they broke my heart each time. For 2010, I was trying to look forward and move on. I was really excited because we had spoken about trying to have a baby this spring/summer and I had been reading numerous books and even taking prenatal vitamins to get ready. When I mention it, though, he rolls his eyes, or denies that we will try to have kids this year. He keeps putting it off, ignoring me or acting annoyed about it every time I mention a baby. I am so disappointed. I went back to school to get a Masters degree so that I would be earning extra money for the baby. I feel like he is not doing anything to prepare. What should I do? Is his attitude an indication of something else? Signed, Disappointed To submit your own letter to Strawberry Letter, click here. For more information on Steve Harvey Comedy tour dates, click here.
