Today’s topic: Husband sexually harassing his co-workers Good Morning Steve and Ms. Strawberry, My husband, who I am now separated from, is sexually harassing the young ladies on his job. He is the Store Manager and he hires young ladies that are 18 to 22 years old. He likes to work with all the girls. This is the third job that I have received a letter from the courts saying sexual harassment. He got terminated from the last two jobs and said it was for something else. Being a wife who wants to be supportive, I believed him at first, but when I saw the second letter, from a different employer, I knew then things weren’t right. Before I packed all my bags, I decided to go to his job at the time when his shift ends. Lo and behold, there he was with a young lady, both got in his car and drove off. I followed him and he saw me and began to drive like a maniac. I confronted him when he got home, he said he was giving her a ride home, because she has no car and it was late. Since I had a problem with it, he said he would not do it anymore. I reminded him about the previous sexual harassment cases. Steve, I knew the day would come when he would get terminated again, then I’d have to hold the fort down. So I began packing but before I left I did another visit to his job around 10pm. There he was with the same young lady, both of them got in his car and left. I did not do anything that night, I just packed all my stuff and left. He brings me down every time he gets terminated. It’s like he don’t care to keep his job, even in this hard time. Just last week Steve, he got terminated from the third job… He called me and said it was because of something else. Steve he was having his fun.. had his cake and ate it too. He did not know I existed when times were good… I did not see him at all when we were living together. I always helped him back up, but he turned around and screwed it up. So this time, I am not willing to help at all. What for? He treated me like trash, and now he needs my help. I feel a little sad for him, but he wants me to help. Do you think I should leave the past in the past and help him out? Doesn’t he still need to pay his child support? It’s his fault he got terminated, why should I feel sorry for him?
