A lawsuit was filed on Monday, June 8, against Ken McGill, the manager at two Chuck E. Cheese restaurants in Indianapolis after three different African-American families felt they were mistreated because of their race, according to the Associated Press. The suit alleges that McGill refused to serve them, treated them rudely and forced them to leave while White families were encouraged to stay. They are asking for at least $500,000 in damages.–WLW
