Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice continues to stand by former President Bush and their decision to use the torture technique waterboarding, according to CNN. President Obama has banned the practice since in office and released memos detailing the Bush administration's handling of terrorism suspects. Though former Vice-President and Rice confidante Dick Cheney has criticized President Obama's decision, Rice has shared she is loyal to her new President and respectful of his power and decisions.—CJ
