President Obama is trying to make lemonade out of lemons, assuring Americans that his administration would rewrite the United States tax code as the nation faces the annual filing deadline today, according to Retuers.com. In fact, Mr. Obama used “Tax Day” to highlight his attempts to cut taxes in the midst of the nastiest financial crisis in decades.
