YOU GAVE OBAMA AN A+ FOR DOING HIS JOB. WHAT HAS PERSIDENT OBAMA DONE TO DESERVE THAT GRADE.DR. KING MUST HAVE SCORE A TRIPLE A+ FOR ALL THE MORAL,PRINCIPLE WORK HE HAS DONE HIS ENTIR LIFE.DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING GAVE THE ULTIMATE,HIS LIFE.stop celebrating president obama just because he looks black.

I feel that the pesident has performed excellent given the messed he started with. What we have to remember isthat you are not going to be able to change the mines of the backwood thinking as well as the some of the up town thinking however "THE NEEDS OF THE MANY OUT NUMBER THE NEEDS OF THE FEW.

I give President Obama an A+. It's going to take a minute before we begin to see significant change because it took many many years to get to this place. I feel he's an extremely intelligent man, he's strategic and he's a "digital" thinker. He's trying to get the American citizens where they should have been a long time ago. We're in the 21st century and our country is becoming a third world country (and I hate that term "third world," but use it so you know what I mean). Every other country speaks at least 3 languages, others know the value of education and others are able to compete on a global scale, but we're far behind because we've had leaders who only wanted money and power so they kept the American citizens uneducated and unhealthy, all programs that were designed to enhance were cut off. So, now here comes this man who understands all of that and wants to do something about it, but it takes time. He's dealing with a good old boy system that's been in place for hundreds of years. He won't be able to do it all, but he's putting the right people and right laws in place for the future, so regardless of whose in office, things can't be reversed. It's an awesome task and requires patience, perseverance, courage and he has that and some!

President Obama is in a learning curve and I believe he has the right people as his advisors to get the job done. He will not be popular always by the decisions that he makes but I believe he will stand by them and defend them and if he feels that he made a mistake he will acknowledge it as such. He ran a race that was true and not intent on having the agreements of big lobbyist. He said that he was going to change the Presidency and so far he has with his determination to do right by the people of the United States. He may not have been in politics very long but considering the leadership we have had in past, I am willing to give him a chance. The world problems will not go away quickly, don't expect it overnight. He has an A in my book.

I think he is leading us in the right direction, I think it is too early to judge his performance. I think that it says a lot about our country, when the outcome of the vote put a black man in office. We do not want to make this a black and white issue, because truly he is for the people, but I would like to say we have learn to not see color and look at qualifications. He is truly want the nation needs right now, and with enough time he will prove it, but he cannot do it alone. We came together and voted him in, and now we must come together and help him to make things happen.

In my opinion, Obama has done everything he could possible do since being elected into office. But, I also feel like people are taking the wrong approach when speaking about him. Our country/world was in turmoil before he even came into the public eye. Now, everyone wants to say it's his fault that our country is in this situation....That's ludicrous to me as an American Veteran and voter. The only reason we voted for him was because of the problems we faced before the Nov. 2008 election. So, for him to be ridiculed by us (The people of the United States), as a country. I think it's VERY unfair. I think the TRUE reason he is being treated so unfairly is the fact that he is portrayed as BLACK....go figure!!! On that note, MLK gracefully said, "I have a dream...", and "Change Will Come". Well, that change has come and the dream has come to realization for us. So, we need to embrace it and move on.

ESSENCE, I will not take your survey..You guys are way too nosey for me.

I think that Pres. Obama is doing a good job. It is not fair for us, the American public, to feel that he should have fixed our Nation's ecommic situation in such a short time. After all, it took us 8 years to get into this situation, so it is more than fair that Pres. Obama be given a fair amount of time to correct the situation.
Instead of talking about what a poor job members of this Nation may think that he is doing, lets PRAY for his, and his officials continued guidance from above.

I started your survey but exited out of it. I think that the questions are poorly worded and it depicted exactly what is wrong with the country today. We should not expect our President to be everything to everyone. Why would I blame the President for local crime when I elect local politicians who are in charge of hiring a police chief to ensure my safety? Why would I blame the President or hold him accountable for many of the questions you asked when I live in a state with Republican senators who block everything that the President I voted for proposes? It is unfair and unrealistic. We did not Bush or Clinton at these standards so we should not hold President Obama at these standards, simply because he is a black man. He should not hold the wait of the Black world on his shoulders. It is up to me to be an example for my children and my children's children. When we have unrealistic expectations, we can only be disappointed in the end.
