Kimberly N. Holland

Kimberly Holland never planned on being a sports agent. She graduated from Norfolk State University with a bachelor's degree in political science and joined Senator Edward Kennedy's staff as a Legislative Foreign Policy Aide in Washington, DC. In 1994, she moved to Atlanta and became a paralegal for LaFace Records. The experience inspired her to return to school and pursue a law degree. In her final year at Regents University School of Law, she was approached by star-hurdler Terrence Trammell, who asked her to manage his career. As his success grew, so did Icon Management. Holland has been featured in Ebony, the Atlanta Tribune and Sister 2 Sister.
