Denise Chaisson

Denise Chaisson began her career at Sallie Mae in 1998 as an account executive, managing the states of Louisiana and Mississippi. Prior to joining Sallie Mae, she managed the student loan department for Premier Bank of Louisiana. Chaisson has participated on various committees at both the state and regional level and is an active member of several state, regional and national financial aid organizations. For the past four years, she has led Sallie Mae's Historically Black College and Universities Initiative as vice president of sales and is a representative of The Sallie Mae Fund. Chaisson resides in St. Martinville, Louisiana, with her husband and three children.
