Sandra Pearsall
Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Sandra Pearsall was living on her own by 17-years old. Social and financial hardships led her to drop out of high school and take on two jobs, necessary to make ends meet. At 31, she invested in real estate and by 34 she achieved financial freedom. She also earned her GED. Today Pearsall owns 14 properties from Maryland to North Carolina, valued at approximately $1.8 million, which led her to write Let Real Estate Work For You As It's Doing For Me, a real estate investment guide for beginners. In 2006, Pearsall was named National Real Estate Investor of the Year by Donald Trump's mentor, George Ross.
