Chicken Lemon Garlic dish looks very good but downloading the recipe is not user friendly. The recipes where I could conduct a download it only provided me with the 1st page and not the complete ingredients and the procedure to make the meal. Please improve your site. Come on, you're too big for these types of technological issues!

Here is a quick run through of the recipe for Orzo pasta with shrimp & feta- (makes 6 serving)
1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
1 tablespn minced garlic
1/2teaspn dried oregano
1/4 teaspn red pepper flakes
2 table EVOO
1/2cup dry white wine
28oz can crushed tomatoes
1/2teaspn salt (optional)
1 1/2lb peeled large shrimp
12oz orzo pasta
1 cup feta cheese.
Heat oven to 425.
In 4quart sauce pot over medium heat, cook onion, garlic,oregano, pepper flakes + 1 tablespn oil.
Stir until onion soft, about 3mins. Add wine, boil unil reduced by half, about 3mins. Stir in tomatoes + salt. reduce heat, simmer briskly until slight thick, about 5mins.
Add shrimp, stir occasionally until cooked, about 3mins. set aside
cook orzo according to directions on package. reserve 1/2cup cooking water, and drain the rest.
Return orzo to pot, toss with 1 tablespn oil, stir in sauce with shrimp and reserve cooking water.
Spoon half of pasta into an oiled 13-by 9inche glass baking dish; sprinkle with 1/2 cup feta cheese. top with remaining pasta and feta, and bake uncovered until cheese is slightly melted and pasta is heated through. about 10mins.
Per serving- 461 calories, 55grams carb, 190milligram cholesterol, 12 gram fat, 31 gram protein, 651milligram sodium
