For a second night in a row, protestors in Charlotte, North Carolina took to the streets following the police shooting of Keith Lamont Scott. In what started as a peaceful demonstration, law enforcement and protestors clashed in a city already plagued with police violence -- a recent report revealed that Charlotte police kill a civilian about every two months. Scott's death joins the ranks of hundreds this year -- usually unarmed, unjustified and always Black -- that have rocked the African American community to its core.
