Here, six staffers blended two Wet n Wild eye shades — Idol Eyes Creme Shadow Pencil in Electro and Mega Chrome Eyeliner Pencil in Cobalt Blue — to create a frosty-metallic, ice blue hue.
02
In the Navy
First, we lined our eyes in Mega Chrome Eyeliner Pencil in Cobalt Blue, far left ($1.99, drugstore.com), a deep navy shade. This deep base shade helped give the paler hue some richness.
03
Ice Princess
Next, we layered on Wet n Wild Idol Eyes Creme Shadow Pencil in Electro ($1.99, drugstore.com) a shimmery, seriously metallic ice blue shade.
