Steaming hot international model Woodbury DaPrinCe has hopped off the catwalk and into the studio to pursue his dream of becoming the next big R&B star.
He's a Natural
Woodbury was a chiseled champ long before he began posing for top fashion brands. He attended Bethune-Cookman University on a full football scholarship. About midway through school, he was bit by the modeling bug. After nailing his first audition, Woodbury was a regular on BET’s Rip the Runway, and the Tampa native quickly discovered that he had a real knack for making clothes look good. A Woman's Worth
Good news: Woodbury says he’s a single man these days, and very open to finding love. Unlike many men, he tells us he knows exactly what type of woman he would fall for. “It’s a turn-on when a woman is fun and classy,” he admits. “She has to be a good spirit and have drive — a like nurturers.” Listen up, ladies. If you see him walking by, be sure and let your inner light shine. “I love a woman’s smile, and I’m a leg guy, I can’t lie,” he adds. “If she shows a little leg, she’s got my full attention.”
Any woman Woodbury invites out is in for a treat. “I’m a spontaneous type of guy,” he tells us. “I don’t plan dates because I think it’s cheating. I like to focus on the woman and try to get inside of her head and see what it is that she may like. whatever I do is natural; it’s not planned or rehearsed. Each woman is going to get an original experience with me.” Sounds like an unforgettable night in the making, huh ladies?
I Care For You
“I’m a great catch because I’m driven and loyal,” Woodbury explains. “I’m not perfect, but I’ll be there for you. I’m very passionate about the work that I do and about the people around me. I’m a very caring guy.”
A Born Leader
“I love kids because they’re honest and they’re full of energy,” says Woodbury who spends his down time volunteering with youth groups like The Boys and Girl’s Club. “I have a knack for communicating with them and they embrace me.”
Let the Show Begin
After Woodbury’s parents divorced, his grandmother took his family in. “It was like six or seven of us in a house in Tampa, Florida, living on a fixed income,” he shares. “I think that’s where I got my entertainment skills from. I kept everyone at home entertained with my James Brown splits or by dressing up as Michael Jackson. I even acted out scenes from The Nutty Professor. I was the family comedian.”
Solid As A Rock
Woodbury has a great set of chocolatey, chiseled abs that are more than worthy of a little show and tell.
Ready For Love
“I think love is meant to catch you off guard in the beginning,” admits Woodbury, who claims he has yet to experience true love but is looking forward to it. Could you be the one to steal his heart? Say hello in the comments section below!
Keep Your Eye on the Prize
“My five-year plan is that I learned not to make one,” admits the laid-back model. “I learned to just believe in what’s in your heart and try to clear out all of the noise around you so you can really focus on your divine connection with God. I’ll always have goals. Right now, my focus is on branding myself as a professional recording artist and starting a non profit sports psychology center for athletes like myself.”
Inside Your Love
“When I’m dating, I really try to see a woman for who she is, and not what she has, because that’s how I like to be looked at,” says the hopeless romantic.
Promising to bring fans his own take of “edgy urban alternative” with the release of his new EP this fall, DaPrince has already given his supporters a sneak peek at what’s to come. Check out his latest singles, “I’m Fine,” “Summertime” and “Body Rock,” here now.
A Man of Faith
“The heroes in my life are my Lord and savior — I have to stay connected to him — my mom, Michael Jackson and Michael Jordan,” says DaPrinCe, who also admits to admiring pop star Beyonce for staying true to who she is despite the extreme demands of the music industry.
