You have to love New Year’s. It’s a time when many of us are brimming with excitement, anxiously awaiting to make the next 364 days more worthwhile than the last. As a way to motivate you with successful goal-setting, we caught up with a few celebs and asked them to share one thing they'd like to accomplish in 2013 and how they plan on doing it.

"I'd like to continue on my journey with great health. I’m fascinated with how food heals the body and the holistic approach to health. I want to learn how to grow my own garden and cook healthier options for desserts. Drink more juice, and get yoga in every day — even if it’s only for 15 minutes. How am I gonna do it? Research about gardens and get going! My husband bought me a great juicer for New Year's, so I now have no excuse. [My view toward yoga is this]: if you can make appointment for your hair, you can make appointments for workouts. So that's what I intend to do.”
