Janice’s hair was styled by Tokini from Lyzadora Beauty Consultants in Houston her make up look was created by Makeup By T.
“I just wanted something a little bit natural looking that would enhance my own beauty,” Janice says.
On the wedding day, Dami delivered a different card to each of Janice’s bridesmaids. Each card read one quality that he loved about his wife-to-be. “Basically it was poem that he had them read. I’ve never met anybody as creative as him,” Janice gushed.
Dami looks absolutely smashing in a gray suit with white vest, tie and handkerchief.
“Dami was involved in every aspect of the wedding,” Janice reveals. “I was like, ‘This is why I fell in love with you.’ We planned the entire wedding together.”
Janice’s father passed away while she was planning her wedding. Her older brother, Timothy, took on the responsibility of walking her down the aisle.
“It was hard to do it without my dad, but it was fun,” Janice told us. “In the limo, my brother he told me ’I’m really proud of you and you look beautiful.”
Janice raved about pastry chef Nadine from Who Made the Cake, who baked her wedding cake. “I absolutely love her. I wanted something different and she created the hexagon look that I wanted. I also ordered the initial from her. She’s the best!”
“It’s just me and him now,” Janice says. “We are bonding and enjoying each other’s company.”
