  ESSENCE MARKETPLACE & Art Expo invites interested artists and craft vendors to apply for exhibit space.  Artist demonstrations are featured daily and include work that is collectible, wearable, functional and decorative. New Orleans artists and vendors are encouraged to apply.

  COMMUNITY OUTREACH & NON-PROFIT APPLICATION
  ESSENCE Music Festival Community Outreach & Non-Profit areas is dedicated to the support and strengthening of local, state and national community-based and non-profit organizations. Upon acceptance, EMF requests a $200 exhibitor fee made payable to Essence Festivals Production LLC.  Vending is not allowed in the Community Outreach and Non-Profit exhibits.

  FOOD EMPORIUM APPLICATION
  ESSENCE FOOD EMPORIUM invites all interested food vendors to apply for food vending space.  The Food Emporium has two venues at which food will be sold. New Orleans vendors are encouraged to apply.

  VOLUNTEER & INTERNSHIP APPLICATIONS
  Volunteers and interns are needed for the days of the festival, July 6th through the 8th, as well as the pre-event days of TBC. Volunteers and interns will be stationed at both the Superdome and the Ernest M. Morial Convention Center in various areas.  No transporation to / within in New Orleans is provided.
