Tomiko Fraser Hines is best known for her eight-year role as the first African-American spokesperson for Maybelline New York.  She has done runway, print, and television campaigns for some of the world’s top brands, and has appeared in movies and on television series.  Tomiko is an advocate for women’s empowerment. Born and raised in The Bronx, New York, she currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband and twin sons.
