Kimberly Worthy is an educator, curriculum developer, and a tireless advocate for educational excellence in urban schools. She has taught for 14 years, most recently at the Howard University Middle School of Mathematics & Science in Washington, D.C., where she developed STEM curriculum in her Social Science and ELA classroom. Kimberly was honored with the “2009 District of Columbia State Teacher of the Year” award, and currently serves as Special Assistant for Howard University’s Office of Undergraduate Studies.
