Many of today's Hip Hop ---and even some R&B-- song lyrics have most convinced that guys spend more time on the prowl for casual, short-lived romantic encounters than long-term, monogamous relationships, but Sir The Baptist says he's taking a different approach to finding his leading lady.

The 2017 ESSENCE Festival performer has consistently used the messaging in his music to promote themes of pride, unity, celebration and empowerment among people of color and now he's hoping to find someone to join him on his journey.

Taking to Instagram with a lengthy message about his "Love Journey," the Christian R&B singer and rapper went into detail about his plight as a single man looking for a woman of God.
