Solange Does it Again, Nails 2017 Met Gala Red Carpet

We'll be talking about Solo's Met Gala look for weeks.

Just as we expected her to, Solange Knowles not only slayed the 2017 Met Gala red carpet, but she totally nailed this year's theme.

Rocking a look by American designer Thom Browne, the style star donned a black-and-white puffy coat complete with a train, puffy pants, and paired it with platform heels reminiscent of ice skates.

She managed to not only pay homage to Comme de Garcons' Rei Kawakubo, but Missy Elliot's iconic 'I Can't Stand the Rain' video look.

With a slay like this, we're glad the star dropped hints about the look throughout the day to get us prepared for what she was about to put us red carpet watchers through.
