Through out this race thus far, Senator Obama has proven himself to be confident, chrasmatic, dignified and knowledgeable. He has held his head up inspite of the Rev. Wright controversey and the race card jabs. Sen. Clinton should maintain some dignity and leave the race and support Obama. the only reason that she is still hanging on is because she cannot believe that she is actually being beaten by this African American. I call that subtle racism.

Presidential candidate Barack Obama has demonstrated poise, class, and a positive attitude throughout the entire campaign. It is time for senator Clinton to quit the race, refrain from utilizing negative comments, and support Obama.

Senator Clinton can stay in the race until June 3rd! The longer she stays in, the more delegates Senator Obama acquires from the remaining contests which will bring the total delegates needed for the nomination possibly under 100 and then he will only need 100 of the remaining super delegates. He only needs 156! Go OBAMA!

Mainstream media seems obsessed with the fact that Obama isn't going after the so-called uneducated blue-collar white voters. Which are nothing more than racist voters. I think Obama realizes that he doesn't need those racist voters to become president. I think Hillary is giving mainstream media their talking points. That's sort of funny!

Senator Obama has definitely displayed grace under fire. Despite the difficult situations, personal attacks and unfair/biased media, he is taking it all in stride with a smile. Senator Clinton is exhibiting extreme denial. There is no way that she can win. How can someone who allows her emotions to dominate rather than her intellect be effective? It seems as if she thought this race would be handed to her, and so now she keeps pressing forward, hoping for a miracle that will not happen. More voters, morestates and more supe

I totally concur with R. Leigh's statment that we as black people are multi faceted in our opinions and have a right that our forbearers fought fought, died and campaigned for us the receipients to have a the blessing to choose who we support politicallyand otherwise...... I chose Senator Barack Obama. Senator Clinton has been a fine representative of my state (New York) and has represented us to the fullest, but I fear with her still attempting to fight out of the shadow of her iconic husband, it will be Washington politic

I am black, and am often booed and hissed at when I admit to being a Clinton supporter. I cannot support Obama, and it's time that our "peoople" acknowledge that we all have choices and reasons for those choices and respect them.

I completely agree that Hilary is doing far too much damage by hanging on. Her obstinance is only proving that she does not truly care about the American people, but her own glory. She is is staying in this race at the cost of the Democratic party and making the every day voter weary of this process. Its too late for her to bow out gracefully, because she is already going down kicking and screaming. At most, she can remove herself from the race and allow Obama to move on to what matters -beating McCain and leading this count

Its time for Hillary to step down!!! I had enough of her lies and brutal attacks on Obama. Everyone knows that the Clinton's CANNOT be trusted. They are liers. Don't forget about the large collection of expensive furniture donated to the white house that the Clinton's took from the white house when Bill's term ended. The furniture quietly had to be removed from their Westchester Mansion and returned back to the white house. It was all over the news, especially in NYC.

I feel that Hillary is causing way too much damage to the Democratic party, as well as the Democratic constituents. She's made comments that belittle the hard working, and African American voters. She talks about how good her health care policy is, but she lied. Hillary's health care policy does demand that everyone have insurance regardless of whether or not you can afford it. As far as I can see, Hillary doesn't give a hoot about the "hard working" or African American voters. Bow out gracefully and letObama clean up the m

I think Hilary should bow out, she's only causing damage to the democratic party and to Obama who is obviously the nominee. Give it up Hilary, bow out gracefully and stop acting like a 2 year old throwing a tantrum or are you going through post partum White House Depression? Help the Democratic Party seize the White House and initiate the CHANGE.

I think that Clinton should drop out of the race. Plain and simple....when the democratic party wanted her to run 4 yrs ago she was not ready. Now that she is ready to run we don't want her. Her time to shine is over. Personally I liked (not supported) Clinton right up until she lied about the sniper fire. If she can lie so good (going into make believe stories) about that then what else is she lying about? I just don't trust her. Clinton is just wasting time and money that could be put towards Obama's campaign. If sh

Well,I am not that politic savvy however, she should stick it out! Its not like she's that far behind and besides once you start something you have to finish it because that is what good Presidents do. Although she has not won,it is her duty to her followers to show that no matter what she's giving it all she has. Viva las mujeres!!!

For her to continue on, really makes her look petty and vindictive. I really wouldn't want her to make things worse for the Democratic Party and for herself. Whatever happened to being graceful and bowing out when you know you are defeated, she is old enough to know that,

Adding my 02 cents here. I honestly feel that it's time for her to bow out gracefully while she still has her dignity. To me it appears that she keeps digging herself deeper into her own hole with no shovel every time she opens her mouth . Give it up, and let the man do his thing. Why torture yourself, further??? It's so much money being wasted. And what is wrong with vice presidency?....... Mrs. Clinton?

I believe that the Democratic party is defeating itself by continuing in the campaign against eachother. It is time for Hillary to concede and allow herself and her supporters to rally around Obama so that we may focus on the ultimate task of defeating McCain, seizing the White House and initiating change.

I think she should drop out. It does not make any difference what her husband did as president. I liked Bill Clinton too, Demi. But she is not Bill. It's bad enough that all the NY politicians like Charles Rangel and Sutton have caved to Clinton. This is because they feel they owe Bill Clinton and nothing else. It's bad enough they have sold Harlem out for the money in their pockets not for the public good. Barack Obama ia making history and I want to be a part of it.

Respectfully, I think that Hillary should stay in the Race. If I were Obama I wouldnt like it if she quit now. Also throughout this race she has shown how she feels like a lot is entitled to her Brand Name Family while showing how she is ego tripping. Obama has show his character and intergity through it all and he should but he has handled it very honestly and that's what we need in the white house right now. Obama for President 08!!

I am only for Hilary Clinton. I think that her husband did a wonderful job for American and I believe that if given the chance she will do an outstanding job as well. If God is on your side, you cannot fail. Hillary is simply showing that she is not working towards the best interest of the party. In her case that would involve dropping out completely. The Democratic party needs time to raise money and to prep for the slaughter that the McCain camp is prepared to lead against our gallant leader.

There is nothing to fear but fear itself. We, as African Americans, are too spiritual to be low down dirty and cut throat like Hillary that is why she will never conceded. Her campaignis trying to dig up more dirt on Obama, like they have done before.Thank God that it didn't hurt him that bad. If it is God's will Obama will be president, in the meantime every vote counts. I just hope that he has the audacity to hang on and get dirty enough until Hillary is forced to concede.

I turn the television channel to CNN and Hillary was speaking to her supporters. As I listened, I thought she was conceding to Obama. I kept repeating to myself, "Is she conceding?" I got excited. Then as I listened further, I realized she was going to continue. I think last night was the time to concede the political game she is playing. I think she is hurting the democratic party. It is dividing the party. I believe many of her supporters are republican who have changed to their vote temporary to try and get her in

People come on. We are in the midst of history. This is not the time to start fighting among ourselves. What Rev. Wright did was not necessarily wrong but just at the wrong time. Do we really want another four years of the Bush Administration? That is what we are going to get if we let McCain get elected. Obama is as good if not better than Bill Clinton was and we voted for him. Quoting Justin Wolfers in the the Wall Street Journal today, "... an Obama-McCain race seems increasingly likely. And Sen. Obama is the early bet

Some of the best advice I have ever gotten is that you stand up for people and you go along with people as long as they?re doing the right thing and for the right reason. Regardless if it?s your mother, father, sister, husband whomever. You back peoplehen they are doing the right thing not when they are doing wrong. That does not mean you love them or appreciate them any less it just means this time around you two are not in the same boat and that is all Obama did when he finally denounced Rev. Wright. Rev. Wright is a pa

To the John Edwards fan, you are confused. Rev. Wright has the same right to state his spiritual opinion as does, Jerry Farewell, John Hagee and Rod Parsley, but I don't see any of their sermons being questioned. They have been known to state what Rev. Wright has stated and more!!!

Clinton has placed herself in an embarrassing position and does not know how to bow out gracefully. She hates the idea that she lost or is loosing to this Black American. Everyone including the Clinton's considered him as a good boy that would make her look good in the end. But, he has shown himself to be what the country needs. I believe we were allowed as a nation to see what an idiot in office could do. Now, God is going to allow us to see what He can do. Rev. Wright has plays an invaluable part in that we are always say

Thanks to all the Obama voters out there- McCain will president. Fitting the way the country is going. I find it strange that white america all of a sudden wants a black president. The setup is to vote Mrs. Clinton out so that Obama will get the nomination. It is easier to fight someone who is weak rather than strong. The Religious Right Republicans are too quiet in this election. Pay for gas with CHANGE, pay for groceries with HOPE and see how far that will get you.

I think it is the other way around. I think Reverand Wright tried to humiliate Senator Obama, but did himself more damage than the senator. His timing was purely selfish and his antics were deliberate. I don't feel sorry for him. His actions were indefensible. Senator Obama did the right thing at the right time by denouncing his former pastor. I know that was not an easy decision, but he showed great strength of character by doing so. I think Senator Clinton is finished. If she couldn't take out Senator Obama with a

If Clinton hadn't used dirty tricks to confuse and mislead the voters in North Carolina AND Indiana, she would have been out of the picture a long time ago. I am not at all ashamed of the way Barack distanced himself from Pastor Wright. As a matter of fact I feel sorry for Pastor Wright and his antics. Instead of supporting Barack and staying out of the limelight Pastor Wright positioned himself to cause unnecessary stress and pain to Barack's campaign. I question the timing of Pastor Wright's appearance in the media as it stands and commend Barack for his stance on the matter. Barack did not step into this race to hurt the AA church or Pastor Wright for that matter. We all seem

jstar-- Aren't you bothered that Obama humiliated his own pastor in the process of winning this? What kind of message is he sending the AfricanAmerican community? Is this how he's gonna threat us if he becomes president? What does that say about our standards? I am a big fan of John Edwards too.

Hillary Clinton is obsessed with power, she isn't going away any time soon. Despite all the media hype and demonization of Rev. Wright it was still a good night for Obama. I think Hillary needs to step aside and let Obama take his rightful place as the Democratic nominee. He has earned this nomination and with grace and dignity. He leads in the popular and delegate votes and last night showed the world this country IS ready for the first African-American president. There is much work to do to get ready for the general election and we have less than 6 months to do it.
