Great movie Tangi! The story that inspired you was quite funny, how could she be so deluded for so long?...lol

@FDT: Lady, sadly it does happen. I and my boyfriend live continents apart, we try to see each other as often as we can. Am also at the point in my life where my career does need a stand-up and its either now or never and am so having conflicts with myself on whether to accept the opportunities coming to me right now(which means moving to another country and staying=ng further away from him) or ignore them(go be w

I really do not know of any woman who chooses career over a relationship. I really need to see a woman who says out loud to a man, "no I am concentrating on my career right now, no love for me right now." Are you saying this routinely happens? I don'tsee it, not with me, or the people that I know. I believe we make time for what we want to do.

I think the real issue is there is a shortage of men we come in contact with, a shortage of men who are up to par and on the same path.

I actually saw this movie on Netflix and I loved it! Tangi is an absolutely gorgeous Black woman and I'm proud to hear that she produced the film as well. It's true we do have a 'Peanut'in our lives and if we don't pay attention, we might miss a blessing. Congrats on the film!

I feel we can have a career and love. The question is, are we willing to make sacrifices to include love in our lives. The kind of relationship we want, whether marriage or nookies is a matter of choice. Effort is put into whatever we desire for our lives, and love is no exception. I hope all single career women will take Tangi's project as a way to assess our values and make any necessary adjustments so that we are not leaving out the very thing that all women desire: love.

I'm a career driven woman and I have made time to meet guys, date, and form a relationship, but for what most of the guys I've met have been or eventually become, I have no regrets about keeping them on the back burner or just dropping them altogether tofocus on my career. If I had dedicated more time to them would they have acted better/respected me more? Not likely. When a good one comes along, I'm sure I'll recognize it - and I'd be prepared to compromise my career for him - BUT he has to be a goodman for me to do tha

My advice to the career driven woman desiring and looking for love is to continue bcoming the expert in her profession so that the rug will never be ale to be snatched out from onder her once sheis swept off her feet.
