I think every woman--person for that matter is entitled to be the very best they can be and at what they do. Therefore, if a woman feels/ senses/ believes she is not maximizing her talents and her company is not affording her the opportunities to do so,then by all means express yourself ladies. I so believe in steeping out on faith and surrounding yourself with positive influences. The stories that I read about black women, passionprenaurs gives me all the confidence in the world that one day I will own my own business. I am 36 years old and it has taken me some time to focus on the true possibilities that life has to offer. I am now working on my passion and hopefully one day I will be able to bring that passion to the forfront and be successful in doing so. I wish to all who have a dream enough fuel to ignite

I am truly inspired when I read your articles on how to handle finances and new business ventures. I have begun to work on somethings that would like to see grow into a more lucrative fitting for myself and for my family. I amd having problems with getting started financially. I am so eager and anxious to do these things, but am afraid of leaving the job I have now with insecurity. Can someone help me with the choices, saving for the business and just what should I expect as far as "owning", my own business.
