Editorial
The Editorial Department wants to ensure a rigorous and meaningful professional, educational and personal experience for the selected intern.
Applicants should have good writing skills. Be familiar with grammar and idiom, as well as the stylistic/artistic aspects of writing and editing. The selected intern will display the ability to communicate and cooperate effectively with Editors in addition to other members of our staff. The intern will possess strong self-motivation, be detail oriented, and able to carry out required tasks efficiently. They will demonstrate creativity in his or her approach to all tasks, as well as consistently meet the core competencies expected of an Editor.
Editorial intern responsibilities include:
Assisting a Senior Editor in carrying out the duties that are related to the production of articles in the magazine
Researching, writing, copying and administrative tasks
In some instances, interns may be assigned to work on special projects
