Moore is preparing for a triathlon to raise funds for new treatments for multiple sclerosis, a chronic neurological disease that affects the brain and can impair mobility or cause disability. Last year, Moore, whose mother struggles with MS, completed a 100-mile bike ride to increase support for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
