Hello, I,m 56 years of age now and thru the grace of GOD I quit the habit. I would pray everyday and ask the lord to deliver me from smoking and he did,Praise God. I smoked 2 packs a day for 4 years and said to myself it is time to quit. I,ve been delivered over 36 years noe so I,d suggest if you want to kick the habit ask the Lord in your prayer time and be honest and sincere about it then the Lord will bless you to. I feel like I,m walking on sunshine now. Thank You and God Bless.

I am 37 years old, and a former smoker. I constantly tried to quit and failed numerous times. The most recent and succesful attempt, I got hyptnotize. Now wait, I know what you're thinking, please, that's not going to work, yeah that's exactly what I thought. Now here it is three years later and I do not even have an urge to smoke. I'm happier, my teeth are whiter and my breath smells fresher! I feel really good that I accomplished that goal in my life.

I am 37 years old and have been smoking since high school. On September 7, 2007 I took the last drag of my last cigarette. I went to a chiropractor and he used a small electronic device in each ear to stimulate nerves to tell my brain I don't need nicotine. I have not smoked since. I feel FABULOUS!!!! I smell better and most of all breathe better. The one thing I learned is you really

I started smoking in college to be with the in crowd. I never got up to a pack a day but still had an addiction. I quit by going to a Head Shop and bought non-addictive cigarettes. I believe there also sold at Cigar shops or Tobacco Shops. I bought two packs. I would smoke about a pack a week of regular cigarettes so I bought enough for two weeks. I started letting the cigarettes sit instead of smoking them. I was craving them less and less as the week went on. I threw away half of the second pack and have not smoked since.
